EDITING:
Editing is more than just cutting and pasting shots together.  It involves precise positioning of the shots in a specific order and cutting or dissolving between each shot to convey the tone and message of your film effectively.  Our editor has worked on linear and non-linear editing systems, including Avid HD Pro.  Please view simulacra, an edit intensive short film.

SOUND DESIGN:
Many times sound recorded during production may be unusable for various reasons: traffic, house creaks, furnace running, etc.  For all these reasons, Above-the-Line Entertainment will sound design your film to give you quality audio to accompany your quality visuals.  You can view our films Conscience and Unexpected Visitor where all sound was entirely added in post-production.

TITLE DESIGN:
One of the first visuals that your audience will see in your film is the title design.  It’s important to have an eye-catching, original, creative title design that reflects the tone of the film.  Our title designer most recently completed the visual effects title design and interstitials for a 20th Century Fox Television pilot.

DVD AUTHORING:
After your film is complete in post, the presentation of the packaging can be just as important as what is inside.  Above-the-Line Entertainment wants your DVD packaging to match the quality of the film on the DVD.  Our DVD authoring services include menu design, music, chapter breaks, and box design.
